Built in 1903, this villa has been turned into a home for creative spirits; DE

It was a lucky coincidence that Thomas Lorentz was able to prevent the villa from being turned into a hotel. He bought the building from the heiress in the search for a bigger studio space for his furniture restoration and has now turned it into a small community of artists.
