Flat in a converted optics factory in Rochester, U. K.

Riikka and Kristian moved to Rochester to attend the Kent Institute of Art and Design and simply couldn't bear to leave. The couple were drawn to this apartment by the double-height living space and the potential of turning it into the minimalistic living space they both desired.
