Two flats are joined to create a new home in London

The family originally bought the upstairs flat and renovated it by adding skylights on the upper floor and modernising the bathroom and kitchen. Then the lower basement flat came on the market and the two flats were combined with the help of an architect into the single house it was originally meant to be. The kitchen now has pride of place on the lower floor.
