Former paper mill is converted into a house in Genoa

It's probably hard to see that this is a former paper mill. The industrial character was maintained after reconstruction with grey walls and high ceilings, yet the designer couple managed to create a feeling of cosiness and warmth. The highlight is the multi-functional living room with its sunken floor plan.
