Downsizing in Hong Kong enabled Graham and his artist wife Clare to create a new London home inspired by her quirky artist's eye for originality.'The flat I fell in love with was on the second floor of a large old Victorian mansion, overlooking trees with windows on three sides, ' says Clare and when she noticed two balconies, one outside the living room and the other leading off the master bedroom, there was no holding her back. 'I imagines Graham and I sipping an evening drink on the balcony watching the sun go down.'
