The building, completed in 1913, started life as a printing factory. Today, the stunning fourth floor loft, which retains some of the quainter industrial features and exposed brickwork, incorporates found and hand-crafted items. It is a uniquely renovated urban environment and a perfect example of Berlin’s growing trend for factory and warehouse conversions.
