Handyman's Dream

Feature 11323444 | © living4media / Bell, Sussie | 16 images

A semi-detached Victorian house built in 1876

Although structurally sound the house needed rewiring, damp proofing and a new central heating system installed. The window frames were rotten and all needed replacing and a basic bathroom and kitchen needed to be fitted. The new owners also wanted a new roof, loft conversion for two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. They built on to the back of the house to create a conservatory and a bathroom.
